How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any time from the Settings screen in the app, or directly from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) if you subscribed through those platforms. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
How do I export or delete my data?
Open Settings → Account → Export Data to download a JSON file with everything ClariLung has stored for you — streaks, craving logs, journal entries, chat history, and milestones. To delete your account, tap Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and processed within 30 days.
My widget or Apple Watch isn't updating
Open the main ClariLung app once — widgets and watch complications refresh in the background, but a quick foreground visit forces an immediate sync. If it still looks stale, make sure the app has background refresh enabled in iOS Settings or battery optimization exceptions on Android.
The AI Coach isn't responding
The AI Coach needs an internet connection. If responses are slow or timing out, check your connection first, then restart the app. If it keeps failing, email support@duskfieldstudios.com with your account email and roughly when it happened so we can check the logs.
Is ClariLung medical advice?
